Payment Methods

Phone (708) 955-6495 to place an order . We accept all major credit/ debit cards, money orders. Payment processing is 2-3 business days. Once your payment clears, your order will ship in 5-8 business days. Custom orders(coloring, creation of units) ship in 3-4 weeks after payment clearance. We ship Monday-Thursday ONLY.

EXCHANGE/CREDIT POLICIES

WE DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS. If there is an issue with your order, please phone customer service lines between the hours of 10AM-3PM CST M-F or email us at lacesource@yahoo.com WITHIN 24 HRS OF RECEIPT OF UNIT. If it is determined that an exchange is warranted, then the unit MUST NOT BE ALTERED IN ANY WAY, UNUSED and UNCUT; WE STRICTLY ADHERE TO THIS, NO EXCEPTIONS. The return packaging must be postmarked with 24-48 HRS of initial receipt of unit. We do issue store credit in some instances deemed appropriate by company.

Privacy Policy

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
